Something Cooking host Chris Gansburg visits with Mike Pegrossi at a Portsmouth NH landmark restaurant. The Black Trumpet is located in a romantic stone basement on Portsmouth's working docks. This location has a distinctive past having served as the home of the famous Blue Strawberry restaurant and more recently Lindberg's Crossing.
Chef Pegrossi will prepare classical Paella with fresh seafood delivered on the docks a few feet away.
